well its not true that you should stay away from fat. You DO need fat to build muscle, because you need fat to maintain good testosterone flow, which is the basic most important muscle building hormone. Just eat the right sources of fat.

Btw you were wrong with the protein aswell. If you wanna gain muscle you need at least 1g pr. pound of body weight. If youre a hardgainer (ecknomorph) you can kick it up further. If you get too much protein it will store as fat which isn't a bad thing for hardgainers who wanna bulk a bit

@MelbourneMaster Protein doesn't store as fat, infact the protein isn't stored in the body. Your body will take what it needs, and shit the rest out just like that. Only carbs turn into fat, because they're unused energy, protein can't even be held in the body.

@ThePeopleneedhelp sorry dude your wrong. Im not saying weed is bad and im not against people who smoke it but it aint good if you want to get fit. First of all it aint good for your lungs. Weed release three times more tar in your lungs than a cig and fills up alot of carbon monoxide in your lungs instead of oxygen. Also it relaxes your muscles it doesnt tighten them up. Plus protein isnt just gonna get u fit you need to actually work out

I assure you that some tar may come from the weed burning but does nothing to harm you, and if it does create tar it's not the same as cigs . They have blunt raps,they should make hemp raps but yah i do believe theres build up but harmless . it's all natural . this is the reason why pharmaceutical companies want it illegal. it's the most madicinal herb known to man . can you do me a favor tho?
