@coldsummersky69 ya it SUCKS. and i feel like shit about it, i was so used to lifting daily, and all the sudden it's like, will i ever be able to lift like that again?
i mean, im only 19, and idk if im getting surgery yet, i can lift like 4 days in a row, then quit for TWELVE, and it heals, it sucks.
what really blows is that i originally had tendonitis in both elbows for 8 months b4 my nerves acted up, in march it will be a year, i was 6'6 220 7% BF, and now im 6'6 185...its depressing

@coldsummersky69 ya ... ( 1 year ago by mikerobinsonn)
@coldsummersky69 ya i already got an emg done in october when i just had 'tendonitis' and it revealed moderate slowing of the ulnar nerve at the elbow on both sides, i think i've developed radial tunnel in both arms too, no emg yet, but im almost positive i started getting it in december. i have heard it's and 'anatomy' problem and that ppl like u and me have smaller nerves grooves at the elbow, i'm getting the transposition no doubt soon, in both arms so i can hit the weights im depressed hbu?
@fbmuthafker i ... ( 1 year ago by sticksbass)
@fbmuthafker i injured the same nerve as pmb003 but by falling on my funny bone. i was numb and weak for at least months and months. i just protected it with an elbow pad and did exercises every day and evetually i fully recovered. proper ergonomics is key to preventing alot of these types of injuries.
