2000s worse than 1940s? 1930s? 1910s? 1870s? 1340s? or even the future with peak oil, climate change, overpopulation, food crises, water crises, wars?
I think 2000s were great compared to thousands of decades pre 1950s and decades after 2010s.
I don't think so. People born earlier have seen the incredible technological changes of late 20th century/ early 21st century. I think due to overpopulation, peak oil, climate change, food crises etc think technology isnt gonna get much better than it is now. Maybe a couple more years of better tech that's all I give it.
I mentioned the 1340s because I know that decade could be considered the "worst decade ever". You didn't have to say "fucking" that just brings everything down. How were the 2000s a "fucking horrible period" when the entire decade you had TV, warm home, beds, tea/coffee, cheap supermarket food, refrigerator, cars, video games, washing machine etc etc etc

2000s were better than the 90s and 80s. It was the bloom of the age of the internet, technology flourished, gaming was amazing, fashion was better than that awful angst and tackiness of the 90s and movies were AMAZING. To say the 2000s sucked would be an understatement and a lie from your nostalgia tinted mindset.
I Think That ANYONE Who Had Warm Beds To Sleep In Food To Eat WHEN & WHERE They Wanted It & Shelter That Entire Decade SHOULD NOT Say That It Was A Horrible Decade! People In Other Countries Such As India & Africa Barely Made It & We Americans As ALWAYS Complain About What We Shouldnt Even Care About Petty Things Such As Which Decade Is Better I Guess We Have That Type Of Luxury The 2000s Will Be Known As The Internet Age/Technology Boom So Get Used To It & Take Off Your Rose Colored Shades
