Why do we relax and fall asleep when we listen to the rain? Prehistorical men used to protect themselves from the rain by staying in their shelters or caves, doing nothing and waiting for the rain to stop. While waiting they would sit or lie and cuddle and sleep. This characteristic has remained in us today.

My mom had a cd that had this stuff on it, works great to sleep with. Turn off the tv pop this into cd and put in player and you will be asleep within 5 minutes. And releaves stress. I love it thanks for posting :)
