Anyone who does parkour/freerunning are bound to brake a bone, :) but i agree, it is impressive
and pan/tilt cameras...

pneumatic truck tires - invented 1919
and theres nothing a pan/tilt camera can't do that a steady hand also can't do. he was a stuntman, and probably had movie industry friends help film him.

This guy would not stand even a slight chance against these said modern athletes if they were competing in the athletes sport.
