@jbarkerhill92 I care, because we're pretty much the last generation that will listen to bands like Pink Floyd. Modern music is awful, and it makes me sad that more people are listening to a flash in the pan act like Avril Lavigne than listening to something that you could actually class as genius. This music won't be around forever, unless future generations learn to appreciate it as much as our generation does. I wasn't even born when this came out, yet here I am, 37 years later...

Just do a search -Pink Floyd and many more Floyd fans have uploaded and chosen other versions; same song; the record cover, the birds one, the live ones, close to a billion views if you add them up even roughly. Then there's full album; concerts; let alone the covers! Still I have never searched for Avril Lavigne version. Then too may be more hidden like me who have the vinyl, the cassette, the CD and DVD so didn't view here for quite awhile!
