I had a really weird lucid dream where I was running on the track at my high school, and I felt like a god because I never got winded. I just kept running, and running, and running. It was an amazing experience! I even got a little fancy and started to parkour, fell a few times, and didn't get hurt. I was confused, but I kept my cool and had an awesome dream.

@MugenHeadNinja What did you see? I really am interested because it's supposed to kick off and show you what you truly deep down think of yourself. But I'm led to believe that's not true because a lot of people tell me they saw something horrific when they looked in the mirror.

@MrDBoi69 ummm yea i just had my first lucid dream monday (it was awesome) and what i did was this (i almost woke up and this helped me a bit) basically i was talking to a friend and he said something he would never say (he is one of those hard core christians who practially never curse) and he started cursing like a trucker so i was like "this has to be a dream.... maybe i can test it out" so i tested it out and i spun in a circle while taking deep breaths and i managed to say lucid

@STROKINmyWOOKIE yes, if the nap is long enough- sleep cycle is 90 minutes, so if you nap that long, it's possible. i've had more success with lucidity during naps than i have at night

some times i will be paralyzed in my sleep and freak out and wake up and yell to break out of it. if i dont freak out and stay calm and sleeping, could i make it not scary and be "lucid"?
