Among moviegoers, Car has a reputation as being "the worst film Pixar has ever made." While I certainly agree that it is not up to the standard of their more adult masterpieces like WALL-E or Finding Nemo, I certainly don't think it deserves the kind of hate people have been throwing at it. The humour was good, the visuals are impressive (it IS Pixar we're talking about) and there were some genuinely touching moments. While it may not be a brilliant filn, it is certainly a good one.
